We Will Remain Faithful DVD

This edition contains preserved film documents of the Czechoslovak army-in-exile during World War II. It focuses on
overlooked materials shot by Czech filmmakers, from the framing documentary We Will Remain Faithful through films depicting the activities on the Western and Eastern fronts to newsreels associated with the return to the homeland. As a whole, the edition serves to examine the representation of exile army forces in film, as well as the broader topic of national memory and the politicisation of history.
